Technology plays a large part of the strategic vision of People Group. The People Engage Platform is the backbone of the groups technology offering. It is a service application that is a Talent Pool and Contingent Workforce Management Platform that is deployed into both agencies and end hirer companies to manage the full Source to Pay function for their contingent and temporary staff.

03 Key Functionality

The product focuses on Contractor and Candidate Apps that allow the hirer the ability to source, onboard and successfully deploy a contingent worker. The platform allows every level within the business to see availability of candidates, and deploy them to roles across their clients. Incorporating time and attendance, this drives efficiency around payroll and retention of their contingent talent pool by providing a single integrated solution to source, manage and pay staff.
A back-office platform was also delivered to maximize managers time to successfully recruit and source talent. This included digital candidate profiles, registration workflows and a robust workforce deployment feature that allowed the managers to offer a job to multiple candidates through push notifications, and emails.
